Every Paradise Canvas Print is made to order with care. If something isn't right, we make returns simple and transparent.

30-Day Window

We want you to be 100% happy with your Paradise Canvas Print. If your print arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and send them to us, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If you have any other serious concerns or are genuinely unhappy with your print, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund—whichever you prefer.

Refund Information

  • Refund issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
